Tighten the axle housing and kingpin cap screws.

Check all the Hydraulic Remote Implement Latch connections (if
equipped).

|
Lubricate fittings on each side of the loader.
|

|

|
Clean and lubricate latch pins on both sides of the carrier.
|
|
•
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Grapple—Lubricate fittings on the back of both pivot arms of
the grapple.
Apply grease, oil, or spray to the cylinder pivots.

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Check condition of hydraulic hoses.
|
|
|
|
•
|
|
|
|
|
|
Tighten the drive link hardware.
|
|
|
|
•
|
|
|
|
|
|
Tighten the Hydraulic Remote Implement Latch hardware (if equipped).
|
|
|
|
•
|
|
|
|
|
|
Tighten the mounting frame hardware on both sides.
|
•
|
|
|
|
•
|
|
|
|
|
Visually check accumulators (if equipped).
|
|
|
|
|
|
•
|
|
|
|
Replace hydraulic hoses.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
•
|
|
|
Complete inspection of accumulators (if equipped).
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
