Tighten Loader and Hood Guard Hardware

A - M16 Hardware (4 each side)

B - M16 Hardware (4 each side)

C - M20 Hardware (6 each side)

D - M12 Hardware (4 each side)

Tighten the hardware (A—D) on both sides to specifications.

M12 Hardware (D)	Torque	270 N·m (199 lb·ft)
M16 Hardware (A and B)	Torque	275 N·m (203 lb·ft)
M20 Hardware (C)	Torque	530 N·m (391 lb·ft)

Check Transmission/Hydraulic Oil Level

1. Cycle all cylinders three or four times.

2. Retract bucket cylinders completely and lower the loader to the ground.

3. Shut off engine and remove ignition key.

4. Check the tractor transmission/hydraulic oil level. See the tractor Operator’s Manual.
