Tighten Loader and Hood Guard Hardware

A - M12 Hardware (4 each side)

B - M12 Hardware (2 each side)

C - M12 Hardware (4 each side)

D - M16 Hardware (4 each side)

Tighten the hardware (A—D) on both sides to specifications.

M12 Hardware (A—C)	Torque	140 N·m (105 lb·ft)
M16 Hardware (D)	Torque	310 N·m (229 lb·ft)

Tighten Nuts on Pivot Pins

A - Pivot Pin (6 each side)

Tighten 12 nuts (inside frame) on pivot pins (A), six on each side of the loader, to specification.

Nut	Torque	150 N·m (111 lb·ft)

Check Transmission/Hydraulic Oil Level

1. Cycle all cylinders three or four times.

2. Retract bucket cylinders completely and lower the loader to the ground.

3. Shut off engine and remove ignition key.

4. Check the tractor transmission/hydraulic oil level. See the tractor Operator’s Manual.
