Specification Parameters
To avoid damage to the tractor front axle, reference
the tractor Operator’s Manual for the maximum permissible front axle
load during loader operation.
Dimensional specifications are based on the static loaded tire
radius, front, and rear.
All loader specifications are theoretically calculated specifications.
Lift capacities and other specifications vary with different tractor
tires and axle ratings.
Lift capacities are measured at the bucket pivot point and 800
mm (31.5 in) in the front of pivot. Objects such as bins or a forklift,
displace the weight ahead of this point, decreasing lift capacity.
Dimensions are in compliance with ASABE Standard S301.4.
Per ASABE EP562, a min. rear tread setting of 1150.8 mm (45.3
in) is recommended. Ballast weights are based on this tread setting.
For fluid filled rear tires: Fill tires 3/4 full using a calcium
chloride mixture of 1.6 kg (3.5 lb) per 4 L (1 gal) of water.
For rear wheel weights: Each weight is 27 kg (60 lb).
If the loader is equipped with a pallet fork, an additional
85 kg (187 lb) of ballast is required.
