Adjusting Seat Arm Rest-Air and Mechanical Suspension Seat

To adjust the left or right arm rest, pry the plastic cover (A) located between the seat back and bottom cushion away from seat

Loosen cap screw (B), nut (C) and cap screw (E).

Slide the arm rest up or down in the adjustment slots (D) to the desired height and tighten hardware. Repeat this procedure for opposite arm rest.
