Adjust PTO Clutch Operating Linkage (Cab and Isolated Open Operator Station)

NOTE: Late model tractor shown. Early model tractor is similar.

1. Move PTO lever (A) to rearward (disengaged) position.

NOTE: PTO clutch arm is located behind left side step.

2. Loosen jam nut (C) at rear of yoke (D).

3. Remove nut (B) and disconnect yoke from PTO clutch arm (E) and cap screw (F).

4. Adjust length of cable so that yoke can be inserted with the cable pulled forward and the PTO clutch arm pulled rearward to eliminate freeplay. Lengthen cable by 1/2 turn of yoke to provide slight lever freeplay.

5. Connect yoke to PTO clutch arm with cap screw and nut.

6. Tighten jam nut to yoke.
