Rockshaft Controls
CAUTION:
To prevent possible injury, use only hitch control lever (A) when attaching or detaching implements. Do not use raise/lower switch (B).
NOTE:
Engine must be running for electro-hydraulic (EH) hitch controls to work.
Rockshaft is controlled by hitch control lever (A) and raise/lower switch (B). Lift height can be limited by height-limit control (C).
Hitch control lever (A) is used to raise and lower hitch, and to set implement working depth. Pull lever rearward to raise; push lever forward to lower.
To make rockshaft ready for operation:
1.
Start engine.
2.
Move control lever (A) to position that corresponds to position of draft links.
3.
Actuate raise/lower switch (B).
The implement can be raised and lowered independently of control lever (A) by raise/lower switch (B). This is of assistance when
turning at the end of a field
.
-
Top part of raise/lower switch pressed: Implement is raised as high as height-limit control (C) setting.
-
Bottom part of raise/lower switch pressed: Implement is lowered as far as control lever (A) setting.
Refer to following information for operational details of height-limit control (C), rate-of-drop control (D), load/depth control (E) and depth stop (F).
