Cleaning Grille, Screens, Radiator and Oil Cooler

Whenever trash builds up on front grille (A) or side screens (B), stop engine and brush clean.
CAUTION:
Reduce compressed air to less than 210 kPa (2 bar) (30 psi) when using for cleaning purposes. Clear area of bystanders, guard against flying chips, and wear personal protection equipment including eye protection.

Remove side screens (B), and see if trash has built up on radiator (C). If so, carefully remove it using a brush or compressed air.

If a more thorough cleaning is necessary, clean radiator from behind with compressed air or water. Straighten any bent fins.
