Neutral Lever Position

SCV I lever (B) or SCV II lever (C) (If Equipped), spring pressure returns lever (B or C) to a centered position (except when lever is fully forward in the "Float" position). When the control levers are in the centered position, the remote cylinder is hydraulically locked in position.
