Check and Adjust Clutch Pedal Free Play

Measure free play (A) at top of pedal stroke. The free play of clutch pedal must be 30 mm (1.18 in.).

Remove guard and loosen the adjustment screw (B) to adjust the free travel of the pedal. Tighten the screw to reduce the free play and loosen screw fro increasing play. Make the pedal free play 30 mm (1.18 in.) and install the guard.
