Neutral Lever PositionSCV I lever, SCV II lever or SCV III Lever, spring pressure returns lever (A, B or C) to a centered position (except when lever is fully forward in the "Float" position). When the control levers are in the centered position, the remote cylinder is hydraulically locked in position.
