Bleed Fuel System
If an accident occurs, see a doctor immediately. Any fluid injected into the skin must be surgically removed within a few hours or gangrene may result. CAUTION:
Escaping fluid under pressure can penetrate the skin causing serious injury. Avoid the hazard by relieving pressure before disconnecting hydraulic or other lines. Tighten all connections before applying pressure. Search for leaks with a piece of cardboard. Protect hands and body from high pressure fluids.

IMPORTANT: To avoid injection pump damage, DO NOT attempt to start the engine while bleeding the fuel system. 2. Loosen filter base bleed screw (D). Operate feed pump (C) until fuel runs out smoothly without spiting, then tighten bleed screw (D). 3. Injection pump is self purgine. 4. Remove fuel supply lines of injector. 5. Turn the engine over by means of starter motor untill the air-free fuel runs from the injector. 6. Install fuel supply line and start engine.
