Tractor-Implement Automation™ (TIA™)

CAUTION: Although the phrases ”transfer control” and ”withdraw control” are terms commonly used with TIA™ equipment, at NO time is implement in total control of an operation. The operator ALWAYS has the ability to override TIA™ implement. It is the operator’s responsibility to make sure that implement operation does not damage equipment, or pose danger of injury or death to operator or others close by.

Tractor-Implement Automation™ must not be put in operation when driving on public roads or when other persons are close by.

For ISO-compliant tractors, TIA™-compatible implements have the ability to control certain individual tractor functions. Address any questions about TIA™-compatible implements you have to your John Deere™ dealer. See implement Operator’s Manual for implement operating procedures.
