Clean Radiator, Coolers, and Air Conditioning Condenser

  1. Stop engine and remove key.

  2. Clean grille and side screens using a brush.

  3. Pull hood release (A) and raise hood.

    B - Left Rear Latch Buttons

    C - Left Front Latch Button


  4. Depress latch button (B) to remove left rear side shield.

  5. Depress latch button (C) to remove left front side shield.

    D - Radiator Shield Latches

    Release radiator shield latches (D) and remove cover.

    E - A/C Condenser and Fuel Cooler Latches

    F - Hydraulic Oil Cooler Latches

    Release latches (E) on left side of A/C condenser and fuel cooler and pivot condenser and cooler forward and left.


  8. Release latches (F) along left and right sides of hydraulic oil cooler and pivot unit forward and down.

  9. Use compressed air or water to clean A/C condenser, fuel cooler, hydraulic oil cooler, air intercooler, and engine coolant radiator. Straighten any bent fins.

  10. Reposition and secure components, shields, and hood.
