Chassis Control Unit (CCU) Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Although the diagnostic codes listed below are not a complete list of the diagnostic trouble codes, they do reflect codes which may be observed while operating the tractor and have corrective action that the operator can take. Many codes which appear may be corrected simply by cycling key switch or by following the solution on the CommandCenter™ page, then cycling key switch.

If corrective action cannot be taken after cycling power to the tractor or if there are any questions, contact your John Deere™ dealer.

CCU 000096.17	Fuel System	Low fuel level. Fuel vehicle.
CCU 000126.15	Transmission System	Transmission oil filter restricted. Park engaged.
CCU 000127.01	Transmission System	Transmission Oil Pressure below acceptable level. Check transmission hydraulic oil level. Inspect for obvious signs of hydraulic oil leaks in tractor and implement.
CCU 000158.04	Electrical System	Control unit switched supply voltage low. Reduce electrical load or increase engine rpm to attempt vehicle recovery.
CCU 000168.04	Electrical System	Rear control unit supply voltage low. Reduce electrical load or increase engine rpm. Power down and check fuse. Restart engine to attempt vehicle recovery.
CCU 001086.16	Trailer Brake System	Excessive air brake pressure.
CCU 001086.18	Trailer Brake System	Insufficient pressure to deactivate air brakes. Allow pressure to increase. Bleed moisture from system.
CCU 001638.00	Hydraulic System	Temperature high. Reduce load. Check cooling system for debris.
CCU 001638.16	Hydraulic System	Hydraulic oil temperature out of specified operation range. Check cooling system for debris. Check hydraulic oil level.
CCU 001713.00	Hydraulic System	Hydraulic Oil Filter Restricted. Replace hydraulic filters.
CCU 002613.01	Axle Lube System	Axle Lube Pressure below acceptable level. Check transmission hydraulic oil level. Inspect for obvious signs of hydraulic oil leaks on tractor.
CCU 002613.16	Axle Lube System	Axle Lube Pressure above acceptable level. Inspect for restrictions.
CCU 002613.18	Axle Lube System	Axle Lube Pressure below acceptable level. Check transmission hydraulic oil level. Inspect for obvious signs of hydraulic oil leaks on tractor.
