IVT™/AutoPowr™ Control Unit (PTI) Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Although the diagnostic codes listed below are not a complete list of the diagnostic trouble codes, they do reflect codes which may be observed while operating the tractor and have corrective action that the operator can take. Many codes which appear may be corrected simply by cycling key switch or by following the solution on the CommandCenter™ page, then cycling key switch.

If corrective action cannot be taken after cycling power to the tractor or if there are any questions, contact your John Deere™ dealer.

PTI 000127.01	Transmission System	Transmission oil pressure too low. System with restricted function. Check oil level.
PTI 000158.01	Transmission System	Transmission control unit supply voltage low. Return vehicle to Park. Reduce electrical load or increase engine rpm to attempt vehicle recovery.
PTI 000190.00	Transmission System	Engine speed high. Reduce engine speed.
PTI 000191.02	Transmission System	Transmission output speed mismatch. Return Shift Lever to Park to attempt vehicle recovery.
PTI 000754.18	Transmission System	Transmission clutch pressure low.
PTI 000755.18	Transmission System	Transmission oil pressure low.
PTI 000756.18	Transmission System	Transmission clutch pressure low.
PTI 002019.09	Communication System	Control unit messages missing. Return Shift Lever to Park to attempt vehicle recovery.
PTI 002833.31	Park System	Park brake is engaged while vehicle is in motion.
PTI 522196.05	Transmission System	Reverse synchronizer circuit fault. Set lever to Park.
PTI 522196.06	Transmission System	Reverse synchronizer circuit fault. Set lever to Park.
PTI 522201.05	Transmission System	Forward synchronizer current fault. Set lever to Park.
PTI 522201.06	Transmission System	Forward synchronizer circuit fault. Set lever to Park.
PTI 524226.08	Transmission System	Direction sensing fault. Return to Park and restart engine to attempt vehicle recovery.
PTI 524232.01	Transmission System	Park brake pressure low. Return to Park to attempt vehicle recovery.
PTI 524232.17	Transmission System	Park brake pressure low. Return to Park to attempt vehicle recovery.
PTI 524233.00	Transmission System	Hydraulic ring unit (RU) over speed. Reduce speed.
PTI 524233.07	Transmission System	Power Zero™ fault. Return to Park to attempt vehicle recovery.
PTI 524237.31	Transmission System	Reverser circuit fault. Return to Park to attempt vehicle recovery.
PTI 524238.31	Transmission System	Transmission lever not in park. Return to Park or Neutral to attempt vehicle recovery.
PTI 524239.31	Transmission System	No motion detected. Return to Park to attempt vehicle recovery.
PTI 524240.14	Transmission System	No motion detected with Come Home Mode active. Return to Park to attempt vehicle recovery.
PTI 524242.00	Transmission System	Oil pressure high. Return to Park to attempt vehicle recovery.
PTI 524249.31	Transmission System	Operator Not Seated With Transmission In Neutral
PTI 524253.02	Transmission System	Armrest control unit fault. Return to Park to attempt vehicle recovery.
