Roof Lighting Control Unit (RLC) Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Although the diagnostic codes listed below are not a complete list of the diagnostic trouble codes, they do reflect codes which may be observed while operating the tractor and have corrective action that the operator can take. Many codes which appear may be corrected simply by cycling key switch or by following the solution on the CommandCenter™ page, then cycling key switch.

If corrective action cannot be taken after cycling power to the tractor or if there are any questions, contact your John Deere™ dealer.

RLC 000158.01	Electrical System	Roof control unit switched supply voltage low. Reduce electrical load or increase engine rpm to attempt vehicle recovery.
RLC 000158.17	Electrical System	Roof control unit switched supply voltage low. Turn key off or start engine.
RLC 000158.18	Electrical System	Roof control unit switched supply voltage low. Reduce electrical load or increase engine rpm to attempt vehicle recovery.
RLC 000630.14	Electrical System	Roof control unit user settings reset to default. Check settings.
RLC 002352.05	Lighting System	Low-beam headlight circuit fault. Check bulb.
RLC 002358.05	Lighting System	High-beam headlight circuit fault. Check bulb.
RLC 002362.05	Lighting System	Roof worklight circuit fault. Check bulb.
RLC 002364.05	Lighting System	Worklight circuit fault. Check bulb.
RLC 002366.05	Lighting System	Roof worklight circuit fault. Check bulb.
RLC 002368.05	Lighting System	Left turn signal circuit fault. Check bulb.

RLC 524259.00	Electrical System	Roof control unit temperature critical. Turn off vehicle and allow control unit to cool. Restart engine to attempt vehicle recovery.
RLC 524259.15	Electrical System	Roof control unit temperature above normal. Reduce electrical load.
RLC 524259.16	Electrical System	Roof control unit temperature high. Reduce electrical load.
