Front Loader Installation - Front Loader Mounting Frames (2010-52-EU)

CAUTION: Do not operate front loaders in conjunction with Intelligent Total Equipment Control (iTEC™) to avoid sudden movements and possible accidents.

IMPORTANT: A front loader checked and approved by John Deere is available for purchase.

When installing John Deere front loader mounting frames, use appropriate hardware only, as shown.

Comply with Front Loader’s Operator's Manual and Installation Instructions.

Front loader mounting frames must be installed as shown. During initial installation, mounting frame flange nuts must be tightened - using correct two step procedure - to a final torque of 620 N•m (457 lb-ft). Carefully follow directions in Front Loader Installation Instructions. Be sure torque is maintained at 620 N•m (457 lb-ft). Check torque regularly - see Lubrication and Maintenance section of Front Loader Operator’s Manual. .

Mounting Frame Torquing Sequence

A - Mounting Studs (8 per side)

B - Mounting Frame

C - Flange Nut (8 per side)

D - Washer (8 per side)

E - Tapered Bushing (8 per side)


NOTE: Right side of tractor shown.

Mounting hardware consists of tapered bushings (E), washers (D) and flange nuts (C).

IMPORTANT: Loose mounting frames can cause damage. Tighten hardware to specified torque.

Check hardware torque after first 10 hours of operation and every 50 hours as specified in Lubrication and Maintenance section of Loader Operator’s Manual.

Tighten flange nuts to 620 N•m (457 lb-ft.) using sequence shown. Repeat steps on left side of tractor.
