Front HID Bulb Replacement

A - HID Assembly

B - Cap Screw

  1. CAUTION: Wear gloves and safety glasses when handling bulbs. Dangerous voltage spark-over may occur and cause damage/injury at the connector. See manufacturer warning packaged with replacement bulb.

    Disconnect wiring harness from HID assembly.

  2. Remove cap screw (B) and remove HID assembly.

A - Cap Screw

B - Bezel

C - Reflector

D - Light

E - Retainer

F - Wiring Harness

  1. Remove cap screws (A) and bezel (B).

  2. Carefully pull reflector (C) with light (D) out of cover far enough to unplug wiring harness (F).

  3. Press in on HID light assembly and remove retainer (E) with a screw driver. Remove light from reflector.

  4. Install new light in reflector and install retainer.

  5. Connect wiring harness plug to new HID light assembly. Install HID light assembly in cover and install bezel and cap screws.
