Clean Radiator, Oil-Fuel Cooler, and Condenser

Turn off engine.

Clean grille screen (A) using a brush or compressed air.

Clean trash from engine compartment shields.

Be careful when oil-fuel cooler is opened because the steel line will contact air conditioner line when at a 30° angle. The steel line fitting (C) does not rotate and can cause damage to the line fitting if extended too far.

Release hood latch and raise hood.

Release air conditioning condensor retaining clips (A) to swing condenser forward for better cleaning access.

Use compressed air to clean air conditioning condenser (B) using compressed air.

Release oil-fuel cooler retaining clips (A) to swing cooler (D) forward.

Use compressed air to clean radiator. Straighten any bent radiator fins.

Close air conditioning condenser and oil-fuel cooler and lock the retaining clips.

Gently lower hood and firmly close until hood latch is locked.
