SERVICE INTERVAL — AS INDICATED OR REQUIRED SERVICE *

* When filter indicator light is ON. Interval can vary according to operating conditions.

Replace the primary air filter when the filter indicator light is ON.

NOTE: Replace primary filter when air filter indicator remains ON.

Replace secondary filter every other primary filter change.

IMPORTANT: When Engine Air Filter Restriction Warning is activated (CCU 107.00, 107.15 or 107.16) the engine performance will be reduced. Service engine air filter immediately.

Do not use compressed air pressure to clean engine air filters.

NOTE: Make sure air filter and air intake assembly seals are in good condition.

Unfasten four spring clips (A) to remove air filter cover (B).

Grasp air filter handle (C) to slide primary air filter to the left and forward to release from the filter housing inlet.

Remove primary air filter (D) from filter housing.

Clean dirt and debris from inside the filter housing and cover.

Replace secondary filter every other primary filter change.

Install new secondary filter immediately to prevent dust from entering air intake system.

Pull on handle (A) to remove secondary filter (B).

Use compressed air to clean any dust or debris from the air filter housing.

IMPORTANT: Be sure secondary filter tab (C) is correctly inserted into filter housing slot (D) or possible damage to engine may result.

Replace and install the secondary air filter first.

When reinstalling secondary filter, be sure to insert filter tab (C) into filter housing slot (D) for proper seal.

Push secondary filter firmly back to properly seat in filter housing.

Slide filter rearward to properly seat into the filter housing.

Install air filter housing cover (C) and fasten four spring clips (D).
