Tractor-Implement Automation (TIA)
CAUTION: Although the phrases “transfer control”
and “withdraw control” are terms commonly used with TIA
equipment, at NO time is implement in total control of an operation. The operator ALWAYS has
the ability to override TIA implement. It is the operator's responsibility
to make sure implement operation does not damage equipment, or pose
danger of injury or death to operator or others close by. Tractor-Implement Automation must not be put in operation when driving
on public roads or when other persons are close by.
For tractors ISO-compliant, TIA-compatible implements have the
ability to control certain individual tractor functions. Address any
questions about TIA-compatible implements you have to your John Deere dealer.
