500 Hour Service Record

Complete all items on Daily/10 hour, 50 hour, and 250 hour service interval lists plus:

• Change engine oil and filter ¹
• Tighten wheel and wheel weight bolts
• Clean dual beam radar sensor
• Replace fuel filters
• Inspect engine air intake system
• Lubricate MFWD or TLS™ Plus (if equipped) axle kingpins, tie rod ends, steering cylinder, axle pivot and panhard rod
• Lubricate MFWD or TLS™ Plus U-Joints (if equipped)
• Lubricate cab suspension system (if equipped)
• Back flush optional fuel water separator (if equipped)
• Service optional severe duty water separator and filter element (if equipped)
