A - Start Button

B - Cancel Button

C - Calibrate Button

CAUTION: Avoid injury. Perform calibration in safe and open area that is clear of objects and bystanders.

Perform wheel slip calibration if:

  • After radar calibration has been performed.
  • Wheel slip is displayed when wheel slip should not be present.
  • Tire size was changed.
  • Ballast of tractor was changed.
  1. Select Menu.
  2. Select Machine Settings tab.
  3. Select Maintenance & Calibrations icon.
  4. Select Calibrations tab. NOTE: Tractor must be in motion for wheel slip calibration icon to appear.
  5. Select Wheel Slip Calibration icon. NOTE: Wheel slip calibration can be canceled by selecting cancel button (B).
  6. Select Start button (A) to begin wheel slip calibration process.
  7. Drive unloaded tractor, on hard, dry and level surface, at least 8 km/h (5 mph).
  8. Select Calibrate button (C).
  9. Select OK button (D) to complete wheel slip calibration.

If wheel slip calibration is unsuccessful after three attempts, see your John Deere™ dealer.
