50 Hour Service

Perform these services every 50 hours.

Check:

  • Engine oil level
  • Transmission-hydraulic oil level
  • Track alignment
  • Track wear
  • Drive and idler wheels and mid-rollers
  • Track trash buildup
  • Drive wheel scraper clearance

Lubricate:

  • Rear hitch1
  • Hinge pins
  • Steering pins
  • Heavy duty lift link pins2

1 Under normal usage, lubricate every 250 operating hours. If used daily, lubricate every 50 operating hours.
2 If hitch is in use.
