Access DEF Dosing Unit Filter—Final Tier 4 or Stage IV Engine

  1. Replace every 4500 hours of operation or every 3 years, whichever comes first.

    Remove cap screws (A) and panel (B).

    Replace DEF dosing unit filter (C), located on bottom of dosing unit. See DEF Dosing Unit Filter in this Operator’s Manual section.


  3. Install shield. Tighten cap screws to specification.
