Engine and Exhaust Compartments
Accumulated crop residue inside engine compartment
can reduce engine and cooling system performance. If tractor has been
operated in field conditions which might have caused debris accumulation,
inspect and clean engine compartment as necessary. Directing
pressurized water at electronic/electrical components, connectors,
bearings and hydraulic seals, fuel injection pump or other sensitive
parts and components may cause product malfunctions. Reduce pressure,
and spray at a 45° to 90° angle.
Directing pressurized
air at electronic/electrical components or connectors, may cause buildup
of static electricity and product malfunctions.
Never
steam clean or pour cold water on an injection pump that is operating
or hot. Pump could seize.
