Changing Engine Speeds

NOTE: With PTO shift lever in 540E position, engine fast idle speed above 1900 rpm (no load) or 1700 rpm (load) cannot be obtained with either the hand or foot throttle.

To increase engine speed, push hand throttle lever (A) forward. Pull hand throttle lever back to reduce engine speed to slow idle.

Depress foot throttle (B) to increase engine speed above hand throttle setting. When foot throttle is released, engine speed will return to hand throttle setting.
