Set MFWD Steering Stops-MFWD Axle
1.
Raise and support the front of the tractor so the MFWD axle can be oscillated to its stops.
2.
Slowly turn the steering wheel to the left until the steering cylinder travel has reached its limit or adjustment bolt (C) head contacts steering stop (D).
3.
Raise the left side of the axle against its stop and measure the clearance between the tire and the nearest tractor component. The distance should not be less than 25 mm (1 in.) (A).
4.
Loosen the jam nut (B) and adjust bolt (C) so it touches the steering stop (D). It may be necessary to shorten adjustment bolt in order to obtain maximum turning angle.
5.
Tighten jam nut (B) to specification.
