Check and Adjust Clutch Pedal Free Play-Cab

Measure free play at top of pedal stroke (A). Adjust linkage to obtain 13 ±3 mm (0.5 ±0.1 in.) free play.

To adjust linkage:

1. Lift up floor mat (C) and sound suppression mat (A).

2. Remove socket head cap screws (D) and access panel (B).

3. Loosen lock nut (E), unlatch and remove clip pin (F). Rotate clevis (G) as necessary. After making adjustment, replace clip pin and recheck pedal free play. When free play is correct, tighten lock nut.

4. Install access panel and socket head cap screws.

5. Install sound suppression mat and floor mat.
