Cleaning Grille, Screens, Radiator, Oil Cooler and Air Conditioner Condenser

1. Whenever trash builds up on front grille (A) or side screens (B), stop engine and brush clean.

causym CAUTION: Reduce compressed air to less than 210 kPa (2 bar) (30 psi) when using for cleaning purposes. Clear area of bystanders, guard against flying chips, and wear personal protection equipment including eye protection.

2. Remove side screens, and see if trash has built up on radiator (A), oil cooler (B), or air conditioner condenser (C). If so, remove it using a brush or compressed air.

3. If a more thorough cleaning is necessary, clean radiator, oil cooler or condenser from behind with compressed air or water. Straighten any bent fins.
