500 Hour/12 Month Service

• Clean crankcase vent tube.
• Check air intake hoses, connections, and system.
• Replace fuel filter element.
• Check automatic belt tensioner and belt wear.
• Check cooling system.
• Coolant solution analysis – add SCAs as needed.
• Inspect and clean heat exchanger and aftercooler core.
• Check engine speeds.
• Check engine electrical ground.
• Replace crankcase vent filter (if equipped).
• Pressure test cooling system.
