A - Air Restriction Indicator

Service air cleaner if air restriction indicator (A) illuminates or at least every 250 hours. Replace air cleaner elements at least once a year.

The smaller “secondary” element should be removed only when being replaced, normally once a year. (See Service Air Cleaner in Service—250 Hours section.)
