Pedal linkages

A - Clutch Pedal Free Play

B - Lock Nut

C - Clip Pin

D - Clevis

E - Screw

F - Mat

Measure free play (A) at top of pedal stroke. Adjust linkage to obtain 20 mm to 25 mm free play and 0 mm for wet clutch variants.

Loose and remove the screw (E), following with removal of the mat (F).

To adjust linkage, loosen lock nut (B), unlatch the connecting clip pin (C) and remove. Rotate clevis (D). After making adjustment, replace clip, and recheck free play. When free play is correct, tighten lock nut.

NOTE: For Wet clutch variant no need to adjust clutch pedal free play.

NOTE: Floor mat is applicable for 5310, 5405, 5210, 5210 GearPro 4WD V1 models with TSS transmission.
