A - Fuel Cap

Always stop engine before refueling machine. Fill fuel tank outdoors.

Prevent fires by keeping machine clean of accumulated trash, grease, and debris. Always clean up spilled fuel.

Fill fuel tank at end of each day of operation to prevent condensation in tank as moist air cools.

IMPORTANT: The fuel tank for the Open Operator Station Tractor uses a vented filler cap. If a new filler cap is required, always replace it with a vented cap.

NOTE: Add John Deere Fuel Flow Improver, or equivalent to fuel or bulk storage tank to reduce fuel gelling and control wax separation during cold weather.
