Service—As Required

  • Clean radiator, oil-coolers, and AC condenser
  • Clean and check battery
  • Replace water separator element
  • Adjust hand throttle friction
  • Replace in-line fuel filter (located on top of coolers by air cleaner)
  • Replace in-line fuel strainer/filter (located at fuel tank outlet)
  • Service air cleaner (clean when the restriction indicator is ON; after 5 cleanings, replace elements.)1
  • Lubricate front axle pivot pin2
  • Lubricate hood latch3
  • Check brake pedal adjustment4
  • Clean cab air filters1
  • Lubricate steering spindles2
  • Lubricate rear axle bearings2
  • Lubricate the draft sensing shaft seals at each end2
  • Adjust PTO lever and linkage4
  • Service air conditioning system4
  • Inspect fuel injectors4

1 Service more often if operated in extremely dusty conditions.
2 Daily Service is only necessary when operating in extremely wet and muddy conditions. Greasing too frequently can cause seal fatigue.
3 Only necessary after pressure washing.
