Hydraulic Trailer Brake Provision (If Equipped)

1. NOTE: Below information is applicable only for trailer brake valve supplied by Trailer Manufacturer.

   IMPORTANT: Brake line Pressure available at port (B) (adapter) rear end is unregulated. The trailer brake valve’s pressure relief shall not exceed 205+/-5 bar and shall not impact the tractor’s hydraulic system specification when trailer brakes are not actuated. If pressure exceeds the recommended level it will result in damage to Tractor system.

   A - U Pipe

   Remove U Pipe (A) from trailer brake valve adapter (B)

2. Connect trailer brake pressure hose to the connecting port (B), making sure that all connections are clean & fixed properly.

   NOTE: Thread size for connector pressure & Carry Over Port to connect the brake valve Hoses to KIT is 1-3/16-12 UN.

3. Oil line port (D) is given for connecting trailer bake valve tank line to transmission housing near oil filler port (C).

   NOTE: M18x1.5mm size fitting has to be used for routing.

4. Depress brake pedals to operate hydraulic trailer brake. The braking effect depends on pressure applied to the brake pedals.
