Clean Front Grille, Radiator, Condenser, Oil Cooler, and Fuel Cooler (PowrReverser™)


Front Grille and Side Screens

CAUTION: Reduce compressed air to less than 210 kPa (2 bar) (30 psi) when using for cleaning.

Clear area of bystanders, guard against flying chips and wear the personal protection equipment, including eye protection.

IMPORTANT: Once finished the cleaning makes sure that hood is locked properly and keeps the hood lock key with operator only.

A - Front Grille

Whenever trash builds up on the front grille (A), stop the engine and brush clean.

If a more thorough cleaning is necessary, raise a hood and clean from the inside with a compressed air or water.


Radiator and Oil Cooler (OOS)

A - Charge Air Cooler (If Equipped)

B - Fuel Cooler (If Equipped)

C - Cap Screws (4 Used)

D - Screws (2 Used)

E - Screws (2 Used)

F - Radiator

  1. Clean front surface of charge air cooler (A) and fuel cooler (B) at the installed position.

  2. Remove cap screws (C) and take out fuel cooler (B) side ways.

  3. Loosen screws (D) and (E). Tilt charge air cooler (A) about screws (D) until it is close to the air filter assembly.

  4. Clean the radiator (F) front surface.

  5. If a more thorough cleaning is necessary, clean radiator from behind with the compressed air or water. Straighten any bent fins.


Radiator, Condenser, and Oil Cooler (Cab)

    A - Fuel Cooler (only for 5075E)

    C - Charge Air Cooler

    D - Oil Cooler

    E - Radiator

    J - Screws (2 used)

    Clean fuel cooler (A) and front of the condenser (B) at the installed condition.



  2. Loosen the screws (F) and (G). Slide the condenser (B) along the slot at screw (G).

  3. Clean the front of the charge air cooler (C) and oil cooler (D).

  4. Loosen the screws (J) and (I). Tilt charge air cooler about a screw (J) until it is close to condenser (B).

  5. Remove Screws (H) and slide the oil cooler (D) close to condenser (B).

  6. Clean radiator (E) front surface.

  7. If a more thorough cleaning is necessary, clean radiator from behind with the compressed air or water. Straighten any bent fins.
