Whenever dirt builds up on the front grille (A), stop the engine
and brush clean.

A - Grille
CAUTION: Reduce compressed air to less than 210 kPa (2 bar)
(30 psi) when using for cleaning purposes. Clear area of bystanders,
guard against flying chips, and wear personal protection equipment
including eye protection.
IMPORTANT: Once finished the cleaning makes sure that hood is
locked properly and keeps the hood lock key with operator only.

A - Fuel Cooler (only for 5075E)
B - Condenser
C - Charge Air Cooler
D - Radiator
E - Screws (2 used)
F - Screws (2 used)
G - Screws (2 used)
H - Screws (2 used)
Clean fuel cooler (A) and front of the condenser (B) at the
installed condition.

Loosen the screws (E) and (F). Slide the condenser (B) along
the slot at screw (F).

Clean the front of the charge air cooler (C).
-
Loosen the screws (G) and (H). Tilt charge air cooler about
a screw (G) until it is close to condenser (B).

Clean radiator (D) front surface.

If a more thorough cleaning is necessary, clean radiator from
behind with the compressed air or water. Straighten any bent fins.
