Replace Air Cleaner Elements (Secondary)

   A - Dust Unloader Valve

   B - Latch

   C - Cover

   D - Primary Filter Element

   E - Secondary Filter Element

   Open hood.

2. Release latch (B) and remove cover (C) from sideways.

3. Rotate ¼ turn of the primary filter element (D) anti-clock wise to remove. Do not use excessive force. If filter does not pull out with ease, move side-to-side to remove safely.

4. Clean out any dirt in canister taking care not to damage the secondary filter element (E).

   IMPORTANT: Remove secondary element (inner element) ONLY if it is to be replaced. DO NOT attempt to clean secondary element.

   If secondary element is replaced, install new element immediately to prevent dust from entering air intake system.

5. Removal of secondary filter element (E) is similar to removal of primary filter element (D).

6. Install new secondary filter element (B) carefully and lock the filter by rotating the ¼ turn in clockwise direction.

7. Install the latch (B) and cover (C) in reverse order of removal.

   NOTE: When installing the air cleaner canister, make sure that the dust unloader valve (A) is facing down.

   Make sure that both of the primary filter and secondary filter are sealed/seated/installed properly. Also latch on the outer cover of the air cleaner are fixed properly.

8. Lower hood.
