Replace Engine Oil and Engine Oil Filter

IMPORTANT: Change engine oil after initial first 100 hours of operation and then at every 250 hours thereafter. Replace the engine oil filter at the same time.

   Run engine for few minutes to warm engine oil.

2. Park the tractor on a level surface with the engine SHUT-OFF and the parking brake "ON" and implement lowered to the ground.

3. Remove oil drain plug (A) and drain oil.

4. Remove engine oil filter (B). Turn filter counterclockwise to remove.

5. Apply a film of clean engine oil on rubber gasket of new filter. Install new engine oil filter (B). Turn filter to the right until gasket makes contact with the mounting surface. Tighten 1/2 to 3/4 turn after gasket contact.

6. Install and tighten drain plug (A) as per specification.

7. Remove oil filler cap (C) and add seasonal viscosity grade oil. For detailed information see section Fuels, Lubricants and Coolant Install and tighten oil fill cap (C).

8. Start engine and run at a slow speed and check for leaks.
