Clutch Pedal Free Play Adjustment

To make sure that the traction clutch is fully engaged when the clutch pedal is released and fully disengaged when the pedal is depressed.

1. To feel how far the pedal travels before resistance is felt, depress clutch pedal.

2. Measure free play distance (A).

3. If not within specifications, loosen lock nut (B) and adjust clutch linkage (D) as necessary.

4. Make sure that clutch pedal free play is correct.

5. Tighten the lock nut (B) once clutch pedal adjustment is complete.
