Replace Diode Module and Flasher

Locating Flasher, Relays, and Diode Module

NOTE: Ensure the battery is disconnected before working on electrical system.

1.

   Right-Hand Side of Cowl

   A - Flasher

   B - Fuel Flow Relay

   C - Solenoid Relay

   D - Diode Module

   Park machine safely. (See Park Machine Safely in Safety Section.)

   NOTE: Cowl is removed for convenience in visibility/ clear photographic view of diode module, relays, and cannot be considered for any reference.

2. Identify flasher (A), fuel flow relay (B), solenoid relay (C), and diode module (D) from front wiring harness.

3. Pull defective relays (A, B, and C) or diode module (D).

   IMPORTANT: Ensure that the flasher, diode, and relay are inserted with proper orientation.

4. Push new relays (A, B, and C) or diode module (D).

   NOTE: Ensure that side cowl is installed correctly after replacement.
