A - Cap Screw and Lock Nut
Adjust spring tension by loosening or tightening cap screw and lock nut (A) until throttle lever movement is smooth throughout range of travel with only slight drag.Adjust the throttle friction cap screw until specified amount of resistance is measured at throttle lever knob.
