Stop the Engine

    A - Hand Throttle

    B - Off Position

    Pull hand throttle (A) down to low idle position. Allow engine to idle for 1 to 2 minutes.


  2. Put gearshift lever in NEUTRAL and set brakes.

  3. IMPORTANT: Cooling of certain engine parts is provided by engine oil. Stopping a hot engine suddenly can damage these parts due to overheating or lack of lubrication.

    Turn key switch to the OFF position (B).

CAUTION: Remove key from the key switch to prevent operation by untrained personnel.
