CAUTION: Diesel fuel is flammable and explosive under certain
conditions.
NOTE: NEVER use a shop rag to catch the fuel. Vapors from the
rag are flammable and explosive.

Position an approved container under the diesel fuel tank (A)
to collect the contaminants.

Remove the fuel cap (B).

Remove the fuel hose connection (C) to drain the contaminants
(water, dirt, and so on) from the bottom of the fuel tank (A).

Drain the tank until clean diesel fuel with no water or dirt
flows out, Clean the fuel tank strainer (D). Reinstall and tighten
the fuel hose connection (C) firmly.
NOTE: Wipe up any spills immediately.

Reinstall the fuel cap (B).

Check for any fuel leakage.
IMPORTANT: Wear eye protection. The fuel system is under pressure
and fuel could spray out when you remove any fuel system component.
