Vibration
All operator's seats approved by John Deere are component type-approved in accordance with 78/764/EEC, being allocated an average of the vibration acceleration actually measured at the seat (a
wS
), equivalent to [le ] 1.25 m/s
[sup2 ]
.
This value must NOT be used to calculate vibration stress as per 2002/44/EC! Local John Deere dealers can provide assistance in assessing vibration stress.
Measures to reduce vibration may include:
-
Appropriate style of driving, e.g. not too fast
-
Suspended front axle
-
Suspended cab
-
Correctly adjusted operator's seat
-
Correct tire pressure
