As Required, Every 10 and 50 Hour Service Chart

Service as required

• Clean primary air filter element.
• Adjust hand throttle friction.
• Adjust 540E PTO throttle limiter (If Equipped)

Every 10 hours

• Check engine oil level.
• Check coolant level.
• Drain water and sediment from fuel tank.
• Check water separator.
• Check radiator walls and oil cooler cleanness.
• Fill fuel tank and add diesel conditioner.
• Inspect wheels for loose hardware (during the first 100 hours).

Every 50 hours

• Check transmission-hydraulic system oil level.
• Check clutch pedal free play.
• Check PTO lever travel in case of constant use.
• Inspect all tires and check inflation pressure.
• Lubricate steering king pins (MFWD).
• Lubricate front axle pivot pin.
• Lubricate 3-Point Hitch.
• Check battery fluid level under warm climate conditions.
• Lubricate steering spindles (2WD) under moist or muddy conditions or extreme loads (frontal loader).
• Lubricate front axle wheel bearings (2WD) under moist or muddy conditions or extreme loads (frontal loader).
