Service During Break-In Period
Within first 10 hours of operation:
—Carry out service daily or every 10 hours (See service
intervals in “Service” Sections).
IMPORTANT: Always keep wheel bolts tightened to prevent tractor
damage. Check wheel bolt torque after 10 hours of tractor operation,
and then at regular intervals.
—Tighten wheel bolts. (Consult “Treads, Wheels and
Tires” Section.)
After First 50 Hours of Operation:
—Tighten wheel bolts. (Consult “Treads, Wheels and
Tires” Section.)
—Check alternator/fan belt tension and tighten all clamps
of air intake and cooling system hoses.
—Carry out 50 hours service.
After First 100 Hours of Operation:
—Change the transmission/hydraulic system oil filter.
—Change engine oil and filter.
—Change 4X4 front-wheel drive oil.
