Preparing the Implements

When coupling category I implements to the tractor, it may
be necessary to lengthen the stabilizer bars to avoid restricting
the full elevation of the hitch. (See "Hitch Float").
The 3-point hitch of category I is narrower and is used with
smaller implements than those used in category II. Consult
the following table to identify the implement category.
The implements for category II hitches should have the upper
implement arm hole placed 483 mm (19 in) above the lower pins. Perforate
another hole in the upper arm and extend it, if necessary.
